Drew Cherry is the Editor-in-Chief of IntraFish Media, the world's largest seafood news and information provider. Cherry was born and raised in Alaska, and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Davis, and a Master’s in Professional Writing from the University of Southern California.

Karim Kurmaly’s path to CEO at Veramaris could be labelled as destiny: Growing up on the coast of Kenya, Karim was captivated by marine life already as a young boy. This fascination was a sign of things to come, as Karim did his Marine Science doctorate at renowned Bangor University in Wales. Together with his colleagues at Veramaris, Karim now shares one revolutionary vision of making aquaculture more sustainable through omega-3 fatty acids from natural marine microalgae, reducing the industry’s reliance on wild-caught fish. This nutritional breakthrough is one aspect of conserving finite marine resources, all the while taking on the challenges of feeding an ever-growing population responsibly. Karim worked for multiple companies, including 16 years at DSM, roughly ten of those in its Animal Nutrition & Health business in Asia Pacific and India, before taking on his role as CEO of Veramaris in 2018. Veramaris, a joint venture of DSM and Evonik, is headquartered in Delft, Netherlands.
 
Geir Molvik

Geir Molvik has been the CEO of Cermaq since 2016. He has broad experience in the aquaculture industry from both feed and farming working in Norway, Australia and Canada. Molvik has also extensive background from the finance sector.
 
Terry von Bibra

Terry von Bibra was appointed Alibaba Group General Manager Europe in October 2016. Terry is responsible for helping businesses and consumers across key European markets access the best of the Alibaba ecosystem and brings a wealth of experience in global Omnichannel Retail, eCommerce and Marketing to the role. Prior to joining Alibaba, Terry was Chief Retail Officer Omnichannel for German department store chain Karstadt from 2013 to 2015. Between 2005 and 2013, he held multiple roles within Yahoo!, including Managing Director of Yahoo! Germany, Vice President of Central Europe and Vice President Marketplaces for Yahoo! EMEA. Terry previously played a pivotal role in establishing Amazon in Europe, where he led online marketing and business development for more than five years. Terry holds a bachelor’s degree in Germanic Languages and Literature from the University of California at Santa Barbara, a fine arts degree in Advertising Photography from the Art Center College of Design, and an MBA/MBI from the Rotterdam School of Management.
