Johan Andreassen

Atlantic Sapphire

Johan Andreassen is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Atlantic Sapphire. They are currently building a large land based salmon facility (BluehouseTM) in Florida and have an existing pilot project in Denmark. Johan has a long history in salmon farming in Norway, having co-founded organic salmon farming pioneer Villa Organic and managed it as the CEO from 1995 to 2010.

 
Alexander Aukner

Mr. Aukner previously served as Equity Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Explora Capital Management for the European Small and Mid Cap Fund Plc - a long/short equity hedge fund. He holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Western Sydney and an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney. Mr. Aukner joined DNB Markets in 2013.

Mr. García is an Economist from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Mr. García is a past Co-Chairman of the Global Salmon Initiative, and former President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Chile. Before joining Camanchaca, Mr. García served as President & CEO of the Latin America and the Caribbean Division of American Life Insurance Company (ALICO/AIG). He has been a teacher in areas of economics and finance at various Chilean universities.
 
Per Even Hauge

Mr. Hauge joined DNB Markets Investment Banking in 2002 and is currently Head of Seafood Coverage. He has gained substantial experience with Mergers and Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets related transactions within the global seafood sector. Mr. Hauge holds a Master of Fishery Science degree from the Norwegian College of Fishery Science/University of Tromsø and a degree from Suffolk University Madrid Campus.

Jon Hindar holds a MSc degre in Chemistry from NTNU in Trondheim and has attended IMD in Lausanne (PED program). He currently holds different BoD positions within the financial and seafood sectors, amongst other chairman of Argentum, Klaveness Marine, Hav Line Gruppen and boardmember of NRS. Hindar was CEO in Cermaq Group 2012 - 2016.

Mr. Høstlund has been the Chief Executive Officer of Norway Royal Salmon AS since 2014. Mr. Høstlund served as Regional Director of Marine Harvest Norway Northern Region. He joined Norway Royal Salmon in September 2014. Mr. Høstlund has a Master’s degree in Fish Health from the Norwegian College of Fishery Science and an MBA in Financial Control and Management from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Mr. Jacobsen (born 1966) has been the CEO of Bakkafrost since 1989. Mr. Jacobsen is educated at Aarhus School of Business, Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Accounting (HD-R). From 1982 to 1988, Mr. Jacobsen was Accounting Manager of the former P/f Bakkafrost, and from 1988 until 2006, he held the position as Managing Director of the former P/f Bakkafrost.

Before venturing into media Mr. Korneliussen worked in seafood (Lerøy Seafood, Kolnor Trading) and as a Management Consultant in the fish farming industry. Korneliussen holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration.

Mr. Kvame became CEO of Grieg Seafood in June 2015. He previously served as CEO of Scanbio Marine Group AS. Mr. Kvame has a 17 year long professional background from Marine Harvest Group where he participated in the top management team for many years, with responsibilities for sales, logistics, processing and integration. He has worked with change management and improvements in an international capacity in the aquaculture industry spanning many companies, including the integration of Stolt Seafarms, Panfish, Fjord Seafood and Marine Harvest Group. He has an educational background in agriculture and aquaculture management.
 
Ole-Eirik Lerøy

Mr. Lerøy is educated at the Norwegian School of Management 1980-84, and completed the AFF Management program in 1992. Mr. Lerøy has broad experience in the seafood industry; He is the former CEO of Lerøy Seafood Group ASA 1991-2008, former Chairman of the Norwegian Seafood Federation (SjømatNorge) and former Chairman of the Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC). Mr. Lerøy has been Chairman of the Board of Marine Harvest since 2010. He is also Chairman of Bergen Chamber of Commerce and Industry and member of the board of the International Groundfish Forum.
 
Sjur Malm

Mr. Malm graduated with a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and he has also completed a Graduate Programme in Economics and Business Administration at the same school. Sjur Malm was appointed as the CFO of Lerøy Seafood Group ASA 1 October 2012. Malm joined the company from a position as Analyst for SEB Enskilda, where he was employed since 2004. Since 2007, Malm has worked as an Analyst within the Fishing and Industry sector for SEB Enskilda, and has several times been named best analyst in Norway within those sectors in which he has been involved.
 
David Perez

David Perez joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2005 and is a core member of the Health Care and Corporate Development practices. He is experienced in a broad range of topics including strategy, organizational efficiency and design, operational improvement, and commercial and private equity. David is a global expert in the field of aquaculture, and he has worked on projects assisting fish farmers and manufacturers of fish feed, fish vaccines, and equipment. He has also worked extensively in animal health and nutrition including work with vaccines, additives, and feed.
 
Malcolm Pye

Mr. Pye is the CEO of Benchmark Holdings. He leads the development of group strategy in relation to growth, research, marketing and the deployment of resources. Malcolm is a graduate of Zoology/Applied Zoology from the University of Wales (Bangor). He has over 30 years of experience in international agribusiness, including at board level within the Hillsdown Holding/HMTF animal breeding, feed milling, veterinary and poultry companies. During his time at Hillsdown, Mr. Pye also worked extensively on M&A projects, leading and advising on acquisitions, disposals and integration strategies.

Steven works in Global Maritime, a marine, offshore and engineering consultancy company that designed and engineered the first large scale offshore fish farm for salmon in Norway. Previously, he has worked in the aquaculture industry for 25 years in executive positions in various companies, including Marine Harvest, Cermaq and Skretting, based in UK, Chile, USA, The Netherlands and Norway over that period. Global Maritime aim is to support the industry to expand aquaculture farming and seafood production in a sustainable way by providing new offshore and cage solutions in existing and new geographies.

Mr. Saravia is Chief Financial Officer of Australis Seafoods since 2014. He is a Civil Industrial Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and holds a Masters in Business Administration from London Business School. Before joining Australis Seafoods he held various positions in Lan Airlines in Chile and American Express in the UK.
 
Dag Sletmo

Mr. Sletmo previously served as Head of Investor Relations at Cermaq, Seafood Analyst and Head of Research at ABG Sundal Collier, and Portfolio Manager and Head of Norwegian Equities at Nordea Investment Management. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and a degree in Economics and Business Administration (siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Economics. Mr. Sletmo joined DNB Bank in 2014.

Mr. Talseth has a long record of accomplishments from the seafood and banking industries. Thor is responsible for managing the investment process related to equity opportunities within AMERRA Capital Management – an Agri-business focused Asset Manager based in New York. Mr. Talseth has been actively involved in a number of large seafood transactions as an investment professional, senior executive, advisor and banker. He is Founding Partner of Neptune Partners, and has previously been Head of Seafood within Corporate Finance at Arctic Securities, Executive Chairman of the Board of Aqua Bio Technology ASA, Managing Director of Landsbanki Norway, Chief Financial Officer at Catch Communication ASA, and Chief Executive Officer for Fjord Marin ASA. Mr. Talseth holds a B.Sc. in Finance from Trondheim Business School (TØH), and programs from Executive Master of Management from The Norwegian Business School (BI).
